1.     Is commercial surrogacy a benevolent form of Human Trafficking, and should it be permitted?  Ukraine is one of the countries in the world that has not outlawed commercial surrogacy, and its clinics saw a surge in demand in 2015, after several countries in Asia banned the practice.

2.     Is slavery a necessary evil that allows for survival in parts of the world where unemployment is rampant and poverty is oppressive?  Doesn’t it have a proven track record dating back thousands of years?  Should we tamper with it?

3.     Is the major cause of modern-day slavery desperation on the part of victims who, seeking alternatives, become entrapped?

4.     Is human trafficking essential to the stability of the underground economy of many a poor nation? -  case study: Nigeria

5.     Would decriminalization of prostitution result in a decrease in the trafficking of women and children for purposes of sexual exploitation.

6.     Is it true that women and children who work as prostitutes have voluntarily chosen such a life for themselves?
